Procurement Documents

Upload and download procurement-related files through the CAIS-EOP platform. These are documents attached to your tenders, offers, and contracts (e.g. technical specifications, signed agreements, annexes).

Upload a file to the CAIS-EOP document store. You'll receive a Blob ID to reference it in offers or contracts.

Retrieve a previously uploaded file by its Blob ID.

Blob IDs are returned after uploading a document or found in tender/offer/contract detail pages.

TED Notice Tools

Validate and visualize EU procurement notices published on TED (Tenders Electronic Daily). Enter a publication number (e.g. 123456-2026) or paste raw eForms XML to validate compliance or render the notice into a readable format.

eForms XML Required: Validate & Visualise only work with eForms-format notices (published after November 2022). Older TED R2.0.9 notices (2007–2022) can be downloaded but cannot be validated or visualised using the TED v3 APIs.
