Getting Started

To connect to the CAIS-EOP API, you need to:

  1. Obtain a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)
  2. Register on https://testeop.uslugi.io (test environment)
  3. Get API credentials (client_id, client_secret)
  4. Add them to .env.local

About CAIS-EOP

CAIS-EOP is Bulgaria's Central Automated Information System for Electronic Public Procurement. It is the official national platform for electronic public procurement mandated by Bulgarian law.

This client connects to the CAIS-EOP REST API to search tenders, submit offers, manage contracts, and more.
